Jedn\u00e1 se o rychlou a zdravou n\u00e1hradu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho chleba. Je chu\u0165ov\u011b vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed a zvl\u00e1dne ho bez probl\u00e9m\u016f ka\u017ed\u00fd kuchy\u0148sk\u00fd laik. Odtud si pl\u00e1cnu s ka\u017ed\u00fdm laikem, proto\u017ee i j\u00e1 jsem jedn\u00edm z nich. V\u0161echny ingredience sm\u00edchejte dohromady a vytvo\u0159te hustou hmotu. Vlo\u017ete ho do formy na ovocn\u00e9 kol\u00e1\u010de vylo\u017een\u00e9 pe\u010dic\u00edm pap\u00edrem, uhla\u010fte povrch a nechte p\u0159es noc odle\u017eet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Pe\u010dte 20 minut p\u0159i 175 \u00b0C, vyjm\u011bte z formy, oto\u010dte dnem vzh\u016fru a pe\u010dte voln\u011b na plechu dal\u0161\u00edch 30-40 minut. D\u011blala jsem to pomoc\u00ed kuchy\u0148sk\u00e9ho robota, co\u017e nebylo moc dobr\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed... Poprv\u00e9 jsem se rozhodla pou\u017e\u00edt oby\u010dejnou kuchy\u0148skou ut\u011brku a tlou\u010dek na maso.
