Hey Today I come to you with a recipe, picked up in a magazine Ewa Chodakowska's "Be Active". There is this quick and healthy substitute for standard bread. It is delicious in taste and any kitchen layman can handle it without any difficulty. From here, I high-five any layman, because I also belong to them. Nevertheless, whenever I have a free moment, I love to experiment in the kitchen and this is one of my favorite pastimes in which I like to prove myself.
Fit bread ingredients
- 140 g oatmeal
- 140 g sunflower seeds
- 90 g linseed
- 65 g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- teaspoon of Himalayan salt
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 350 ml water
Preparing Healthy Bread
To measure the values properly, we use a standard kitchen scale. All the ingredients should be combined together to form a thick mass. Put it into a fruitcake pan lined with baking paper, smooth the top and set aside overnight.
Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees C, remove from the pan, turn upside down and bake loosely on the tray for about 30-40 more minutes. When done, put the bread on the "grid" from the oven to breathe, having access to air on all sides.

I will tell you that it is much better to put the mixture in a shorter mold so that the slices of bread are bigger, my mold was long, hence the mixture spread over its entire surface and the slices were only 4 cm each.
Another hint would be to crush the hazelnuts. I did it using a food processor, which was not a very good decision... The first time, I decided to use a simple kitchen cloth and a meat pestle. In this case, you put the nuts on the cloth, cover them with the other end and hit them gently with the pestle, the result is much better!
