There is this quick and healthy substitute for standard bread. It is delicious in taste and any kitchen layman can handle it without any difficulty. From here, I high-five any layman, because I also belong to them. Nevertheless, whenever I have a free moment, I love to experiment in the kitchen and this is one of my favorite pastimes in which I like to prove myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fit bread ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>140 g oatmeal<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>140 g sunflower seeds&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 g linseed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>65 g hazelnuts<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>2 tbsp chia seeds<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>teaspoon of Himalayan salt<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>3 tbsp coconut oil<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>350 ml water&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparing Healthy Bread<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To measure the values properly, we use a standard kitchen scale. All the ingredients should be combined together to form a thick mass. Put it into a fruitcake pan lined with baking paper, smooth the top and set aside overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees C, remove from the pan, turn upside down and bake loosely on the tray for about 30-40 more minutes. I did it using a food processor, which was not a very good decision... The first time, I decided to use a simple kitchen cloth and a meat pestle.
