To je hiter in zdrav nadomestek za standardni kruh. Je okusnega okusa in ga lahko brez te\u017eav pripravi vsak kuhinjski laik. Od tod ploskam vsem laikom, saj sem tudi sam eden izmed njih. Vse sestavine zme\u0161ajte skupaj, da dobite gosto maso. Polo\u017eite ga v peka\u010d za sadje, oblo\u017een s papirjem za peko, zgladite vrh in ga \u010dez no\u010d postavite na stran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pecite 20 min pri 175 stopinjah C, nato vzemite iz peka\u010da, obrnite na glavo in pecite \u0161e 30-40 min na ohi\u0161ju.
